44. My guest, Riku, with a beer

Why did the ones that make the decisions have such a bad taste on architecture? Did they really have to tear down all the old wooden buildings and replace them with Soviet-style, CCCR fashion concrete hell? I like the old buildings that are made with true ability to do something with your hands, and not these concrete monsters that are an eyesore from a mile away. Luckily we have a still have a few places to memorise these historic places. Like the museum of Tampere´s working class. (Written by Riku Raittinen, Construction Engineer, 27 years old.)
